Newark Valley Soccer Club is a competitive travel leauge that operates under New York State West Youth Soccer Association.
*Note players under age 10 play recreationally and do not keep score.

The season entails 8 games (U08 play 4 festivals) and runs April through June. Games are played on Saturday and/or Sunday. Practices run one to two nights during the week.

We accept players ages 5 through 19.

The cost is $40 for the first child with a $60 family maximum.

Uniforms Up to age 14 are provided and returned at the end of the season.

Each year NVSC holds an outdoor tournament where up to 90 teams participate (6/20-21/09). Each family is required to support the tournament by manning the food tent and helping with set up and take down.

Some teams also participate in indoor play during the winter months. This decision is based on player/team interest.

All coaches are volunteers. Many have state and national coaches lisences. All are screened by New York State West and carry a risk management card.

Registration must happen early because the Club has to enter its teams in Jan/Feb. After that, if the rosters are full, then we cannot register player until the following season.

NVSC will be accepting registrations up until Feb 10. After that, registrations will only be accepted for rosters that have open slots.
