NVSC Meeting Minutes

January  18, 2010

Attendance:       Jim Simmons, Todd Lamb, Brenden Shiel, Kelly Simmons, Bonnie Coffin, Colin Young,  Mitch Thurston, Stacy Hoyt, Debbie Rypkema, Stacy Gorsline

Treasurer’s Report –Bonnie Coffin – balance as of 12/15/09 - $10, 123.71

Uniform coordinator – Debbie Rypkema – please let her know, in advance, if you need uniforms for the 2^nd session of indoor.  If you need socks please let Deb know was well – she will be ordering them in bulk.

Father’s Day Tournament – Stacy Hoyt – June 19^th – June 20^th, 2010 - we have been approved for usage of the High School property  - only issues is with construction – all fields may not be available.  BC United has offered for us to use their fields – Stacy G. will get details.  Postcards will be sent out to coaches.

Old Business – Property damage – we will be receiving $2,065.98 in retribution. 

New Business:

Gym use: 

U08 – elementary –Wed.  6:00pm – 9:00pm

U14G –Tuesday and Wednesday – MS 7:00pm -8:00pm

U16G – Tuesday and Wednesday – MS 7:30pm – 9:00am

If more gym time is needed please contact Stacy Gorsline.
